Welcome to FRO Round 3! Please use this application process to submit your proposal for grants starting at $10,000.
Round 3 is different! To be more responsive and expedite funding approval, Round 3 has been re-designed so that applications can be reviewed and approved more quickly. This application period will run several months longer than previous rounds and will open on November 4, 2022, and close on March 10, 2023. During this application period however, interim approval cycles have been created so that submitted applications can be reviewed and approved sooner.

R3 Rolling Application Due Dates:
- December 5, 2022 – 11:59 p.m. PDT
- January 6, 2023 – 11:59 p.m. PDT
- February 3, 2023 – 11:59 p.m. PDT
- March 10, 2023 – 11:59 p.m. PDT Final application deadline date. No applications will be accepted after this date.
Applications can be started any time on or after November 4, 2022 and the final opportunity to submit an application is March 10, 2023.
